Sarah Soquel Morhaim directs films and videos, writes, and takes photographs. She grew up in the suburbs of Baltimore, graduated from Cornell University in 2003, lived and worked in New York City, now in Los Angeles. She's received awards for her photography from the National Foundation for Advancement of the Arts, and a music video she directed for the band "The Jealous Girlfriends" was voted 1st place in the iPod Flux Film Festival. Her photos, drawings, and video installations have been included in exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Paris, France. Her first narrative short film "Stars and Suns" recently screened at Palm Springs International, CineVegas, Maryland, and many others.
