The klip//collective was founded by photographer Pier Nicola D'Amico and video artist Ricardo Rivera in the spring of 2003. Upon seeing an experimental video installation Rivera was developing in his studio, D'Amico realized that Rivera had a unique creation in his hands, and he suggested they incorporate in order to realize a vision of large-scale video installations, with a focus on high-quality production and aesthetics.
